Great location
Loved the lot size and location
The golf cart definitely needs some work, each time after using it, it had a strong smell like plastic burning. Over all great experience and 709 was our favorite RV lot in the community. Looking forward to coming again!

The site is amazing! The park is great. The staff & overall security of Venture out is very welcoming. The reason for 4/5 stars is the Wi-Fi. I understand there’s nothing anyone but the owner can do about wifi at the property/lot. But there is something to be said about included Wi-Fi with the site.
We will definitely book again & will up our game when it comes to visits.
